York YHA Viking Festival
A FREE entry Viking Themed craft fair and festival on 7/10/2017 from 11am to 1600. Enjoy the atmosphere, and browse the stalls of this event. The YHA will be doing viking food and drinks. Local viking groups wil be invited along,and there will be entertainment as well as outdoor and indoor stalls. A great day for the whole family. There will probably be a viking themed show on the evening before for a small door charge.
Stall information...
(Stalls and attractions are £15 for a 10 foot pitch outdoors, only light weight fair attractions suitable (subject to ground fees £15 per square 10 feet). Beverages to be purchased at the club. Hot food stalls with agreement only as we are doing our own. We have 20 tables for indoor stalls. Please bring your own for the outdoor stalls (we have space for around 20 outside). Please arrange your own stall insurance. Indoor stalls £12.. Stalls to be booked with £5 deposit per stall( or per10 square feet). Please use booking form. A weather check will be made on the Saturday before, and confirmed on the Wednesday 4th, if the outdoor part of the event needs to be cancelled due to strong winds, and or heavy rain. Deposits for outdoor stalls will then be refunded if this happens. We will sort out a plan of the field in due course. No cars on the field please..
