Open SUP Adventure

Come on an open SUP adventure in The Gower on the 24th of September. Want to combine adventure, exploring and feeling zen? Then Stand Up Paddle Boarding is the perfect activity for you! Great core work-out whilst enjoying a chilled out paddle. No experience needed, try out something new with Big Blue.

Full Big Blue package includes:
- Pickup at NosDa Hostel & Bar, Cardiff
- Return travel from Cardiff to The Gower
- Free bottle of water
- SUP session (2 hours) + equipment (wetsuits, boards, rashvests)
- Go Pro pictures & video
- Changing ponchos, to get cozy when you're out of the water
- A 2 Minute Beach Clean to give back to our playground
- Lunch stop at the local pub, free drink on Big Blue (bring some cash for lunch)

What to bring?!
- Swimwear. Bikini/Swimshorts > boardshorts are not so comfortable under a wetsuit.
- A towel. We do provide changing ponchos but this is an outdoor watersport so come prepared.
- Pocket money. To grab some lunch at the pub before heading back to Cardiff.
- Be stoked!
