INDEPENDENT VENUE WEEK 17 - THE LINCOLN IMP SCUNTHORPE.
The Lincoln Imp is once again very proud to present a series of shows in conjunction with Independent Venue Week.
The spirit of Independent Venue Week is to introduce excellent live music into small music venues across the UK and to bring large named acts to smaller venues which they would not normally play in. The Lincoln Imp is 1 of only 200 select venues which is taking part in the event. Independent Venue week is supported by The Music Union, The Arts Council and PRS and is supported by many famous artists and BBC Radio and the nation music press.
If live music is your thing, these nights are certainly not to be missed.
This year we have four shows lined up at The Lincoln Imp.

THE CARNABY'S
London based band The Carnaby's have played The Lincoln Imp on 4 previous occaisions and return to perform their first headlining show at the Imp. The Carnaby's are the only band to play two consecutive nights at The Lincoln Imp.
The Carnaby's are undoubtedly destined for stardom. In their infancy they won the Hard Rock Cafe Battle of the bands competition in the UK and since then they have gone on to support The Imagine Dragons in Mexico. With critcial acclaim from the likes of Debbie Harry and Roxy Music, and the NME. The Carnaby's are the future of live music. Currently placing in the top 30 in the UK Indie and Itunes charts The Carnaby's are coming to amaze you with there confident, powerful and soulful tunes which will have you dancing in no time at all.
Cabazudos.
The boys are travelling all the way from Liverpool and are stoked to be taking part in Independant Venue Week. Cabezudos appeared at The Imp last month and were so good we had to invite them back to the Imp. This band deserves your attention. They are funky, rhythmical and catchy.
Fossette
You may of heard of Bristol based Fossette before: They are fresh from supoorting The Pidgeon Detectives. Their catchy and buoyant sound is infectious and their live show is energetic. They are not to be missed.
