Join Team Prevent Breast Cancer at the 2017 Morecambe Bay Walk.

Starting in Arnside and ending in Kents Bank Railway Station, the walk is approximately 8 miles and takes you across muddy bay sands with highlights including crossing the River Kent estuary channel. After completing the walk there are a range of good pubs, fish and chip shops and restaurants for you to relax in.

We recommend that you bring a few essentials on the day, which are: snacks, drinks, sun cream, wind and waterproof clothing, towels, change of clothes. It is best to walk in shorts and an old pair of trainers because of the channel crossing.
It is important to note that the walk is only suitable for people who are physically fit and well and isn’t suitable for children under the age of 6 because of the channel crossing.
Sponsorship
We encourage all of our cross bay walkers to pledge to raise a minimum of £25 in sponsorship to take part in this year’s edition.
