Feis Rois Ceilidh Trail at The Red Poppy Restaurant
Fèis Rois is once again delighted to be travelling around the Highlands with its acclaimed Ceilidh Trail.
Tha an Cèilidh ar Chuairt aig Fèis Rois gu bhith cluich ann an Srath Pheofhair! Carson nach tig sibh ann a dh’èisteachd ruitha?
Fèis Rois translates from Scottish Gaelic to mean “Ross-Shire Festival.” The organisation, based in Ross-Shire in the Highlands, provides opportunities for people of all ages to participate in Scottish traditional music, song and dance. Over 3,000 people take part in Fèis Rois projects every year with audiences of over 10,000 attending performances all over Scotland from Kirkwall to Kelso.
5 of Ross Shire’s most outstanding young traditional musicians are taking part in this innovative project throughout July and August. The Ceilidh Trail provides young people aged 16 – 25 with the opportunity to learn about life as a professional touring artist, whilst taking high quality traditional music all over Scotland to entertain locals and visitors alike.

The Ceilidh Trail with The Red Poppy Restaurant bring you a very special evening event with a tasting menu and music from some of the finest young musicians in Ross-Shire.
Tickets are £50 each for the evening.
